Shipping policy
🇳🇴 Within Norway
We offer a flat shipping rate of NOK 99, and free shipping on all orders over NOK 1,500.
Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.
You may also choose a different delivery address than your home address at checkout.
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If any products are damaged during transport, this must be reported to the pickup point on the same day the package is received.
Packages that are not collected and are returned to us will incur a return fee of up to NOK 500 to cover shipping and handling costs.
🌍 International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate ranging from NOK 299 to 800, depending on the package and location.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on possible fees before placing your order.
If you choose not to pay these fees and the parcel is returned to us, shipping costs will not be refunded.
